The interior is constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel walls and an NSF-approved stainless steel floor with coved corners, ensuring easy cleaning and maintaining high sanitation standards. Additionally, the floor is reinforced with a removable protective polymer layer. The door is made of heavy-duty black vinyl steel, with (S) models featuring stainless steel doors. For security and ease of maintenance, each door is equipped with a lock and magnetic door gaskets that can be removed without tools. Plastic breaker strips around the door openings help prevent condensate formation, enhancing the unit’s efficiency.
