- A 17.7" wide reversible floor dough sheeter that rolls dough from 30mm down to 3mm, for bakeries and pastry kitchens sheeting dough back and forth.
- Dough travels on a 17" x 79" belt through 3.5" stainless steel rollers in either direction, run by a foot pedal or a directional lever, with synchronized infeed and outfeed. The sides fold up to save room when it is not in use.
- Check before ordering: It plugs into a NEMA 6-15P outlet on 220 V single phase and draws 7.8 amps (1 HP). It needs 83" of length with the sides down (32" deep, 44" high), at 344 lb. Safety guards cut the power when lifted, and the motor has overload protection.
