Avancini's SPV40 spiral mixer for high-volume pizzerias and bakeries. The fixed stainless steel spiral handles both stiff and soft dough, up to 58.8 lb (26.6 kg) of dry flour or 88.2 lb (40 kg) of dough per batch in a 52 qt (49 L) bowl. A grated safety lid stops the machine when it is lifted. Made in Italy.
