Avancini's SPV20 spiral mixer for pizzerias and bakeries. The fixed stainless steel spiral handles both stiff and soft dough, up to 26.4 lb (12 kg) of dry flour or 39.7 lb (18 kg) of dough per batch in a 24 qt (23 L) bowl. A grated safety lid stops the machine when it is lifted. Made in Italy.
