- An Atmovac Kaze 16 XL chamber vacuum packaging machine with an 18" L x 16.5" W x 7" H chamber and a 16.5" seal bar, for restaurants, butchers and caterers vacuum packing and storing food.
- A Busch pump (25 m³h) runs 30 sec cycles, sensor control ends the vacuum at a preset percentage, and liquid control stops the cycle and seals when liquids start to boil, so nothing boils over. Three program memory, soft air, double seal, a red meat setting, a pump cleaning cycle, a service alarm and a graphic display are standard; it is made in The Netherlands with NSF and cETLus listings.
- Check before ordering: It plugs into a 5-20P outlet on 120V and draws 17A (1760W); that plug needs a 20 A receptacle. It is 19.3" wide, 24" deep and 18.5" high at 150 lb. Run the pump cleaning cycle as the maker recommends.
