- Its 20.5" L x 19.7" W x 7.9" H chamber has 2 x 20.5" seal bars, a Busch pump (75 m³h) runs 15-35 sec cycles, and sensor control, cut off seal, soft air and gas flush come standard. MAP packing limits oxidation and bacterial growth. Made in The Netherlands with HACCP, NSF and cETLus.
- Check before ordering: It needs an L15-30P receptacle on 208V (3PH) at 18A (2500W); an electrician runs three-phase power. It is 27.4" wide, 28" deep and 40.4" high at 364 lb. Ask us about the gas supply for MAP flushing.
