CHINESE RANGES
The ARCR Wok Range is designed for continuous use in a heavy traffic kitchen environment. This Chinese-style gas range features two wok-ready ring burners that easily accept pans with rounded bottoms, making this range ideal for Asian restaurants. The 60"W stainless steel base features a built-in drain system and water-cooled top, as well as conveniently placed L-shaped knee valves that allow for hands-free operation and temperature adjustments. Swing faucets between the burners allow water to be added at any time to control heat without moving between the sink and the range.
