About this item
- Slices blocks of cheese with a floating wire for smooth, consistent action; suited to kitchens that need a compact, table-top cutter with a 24" x 24" footprint and a low 4" profile for tight prep spaces.
- This unit suits kitchens that process one block or small batches at a time and need a compact cutter that sits on a counter or prep surface. - Check before ordering: Confirm the available counter or shelf space for the 24" x 24" x 4" unit dimensions so the cutter sits level and stable. Confirm doorways and storage fit the 24" x 24" x 4" package at 19 lb.
