How much does shipping cost for the Omcan 44604?
Norpex ships to delivery addresses across Canada. Equipment ships from distributor warehouses, so dispatch timing depends on the supplier and the destination. For items that can be bought online, shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates for the delivery address and confirmed before payment. Some products ship free: their product page says so, and checkout applies it automatically. There is no flat-rate offer.
Can I return the Omcan 44604?
The returns rule depends on the type of item. All sales at Norpex are final: commercial equipment, smallwares, tabletop and supplies cannot be returned or exchanged. Yes. The manufacturer's spec sheet is under Manuals and documents on this page, as a PDF you can download.
Will this sink accept standard-sized hotel pans or sheet pans?
Each basin is 16" x 20" x 12", so standard pans must fit within those tub dimensions; measure the pans you use to confirm clearance and immersion depth.
Can this be installed as a drop-in on any countertop?
It is a flat-top drop-in model, so the countertop must be cut and reinforced to the sink's drop-in profile; have a contractor confirm the counter material and cutout details before ordering.
What should the plumber know before installation?
Provide the plumber with the 3.5" drain basket size and the basin dimensions so they can plan trap, waste, and vent connections and ensure proper drainage alignment.

About this item
- Three 16" x 20" x 12" wash basins built into a flat top, for on-counter drop-in use where a compact, dedicated triple sink is needed. Suits small-batch washing and prep stations that need separate basins.
- This triple drop-in sink fits kitchens or prep lines that need three separate, shallow basins rather than a large single sink — each tub is 16" x 20" x 12", so expect to wash one pan or a few items per basin at a time. Choose this when countertop space allows a flat-top drop-in and workflows benefit from segregated wash, rinse and sanitize stations.
- Check before ordering: Confirm the countertop cutout and flat-top mounting with your contractor so the 16" x 20" x 12" tubs will fit the intended counter opening and support. Verify the drain plumbing size and accessories: the model lists a 3.5" drain basket, so ensure waste and trap fittings match. Note the unit weight is 53.7 lb — confirm that handling from unpacking to placement is possible with available staff or equipment. Confirm the sink's cCSAus marking meets your local inspection requirements, and discuss drain and vent routing with your plumber.
- Warranty: 180 Days Limited Warranty.
