Countertop Fryer

Countertop fryers are compact fryers that sit on a counter or equipment stand, for kitchens that fry in smaller batches or need an extra pot beside the main line. Cafes, bars, food trucks, concession stands and restaurants with a short fried menu use them. They are available with one or two pots in electric and gas versions, and the smaller electric models fit where a floor fryer will not.
