The Silikomart Oblong Microperforated Tart Ring Kit (KIT RING OBLONG) offers a complete solution for creating refined, individual tart portions with professional results.
Made in Italy, this set includes six stainless steel microperforated tart rings and a six-cavity silicone mold for crafting perfectly shaped pastry bases. The mold allows you to easily prepare the shortcrust foundation, while the rings provide support and definition during baking, ensuring uniform browning and a crisp texture.
Each microperforated ring measures 5.75 inches long, 1.37 inches wide, and 0.8 inches high, and is designed with a non-stick, crush-proof thermoplastic composite that ensures even heat distribution. The accompanying mold produces six cavities sized at 5.25 inches long, 0.82 inches wide, and 0.8 inches high, each with a capacity of 0.94 oz. (28 ml).
Ideal for layering mousse, creams, or other fillings on top of your pastry, the components are oven-safe up to 356°F (180°C) and are also suitable for freezer use. Backed by a 3-month warranty, this tart ring kit is a versatile and elegant choice for pastry chefs and home bakers alike.
