The Silikomart 80mm Microperforated Paradis Tart Ring Kit (KIT TART RING PARADIS) brings the refined artistry of MOF Pâtissier Guillaume Mabilleau into your kitchen with a unique and elegant dessert-making system.
Designed for pastry chefs and dessert enthusiasts who seek precision and beauty, this kit includes six stainless steel microperforated rings and a silicone mold with six cavities, each measuring approximately 2.8 inches in diameter and 0.4 inches high. The mold allows you to craft delicate bases or glazes, while the rings form the shortcrust shell with uniform results.
The microperforated rings ensure even baking and a crisp texture, thanks to their crush-proof, non-stick construction and excellent heat circulation. With an exterior diameter of 3 inches and an interior of 2.7 inches, each ring is ideally sized to accommodate the silicone mold’s volume of 1.3 oz. (37 ml) per cavity. Suitable for baking up to 356°F (180°C), the Paradis kit is perfect for glazed finishes, plated desserts, or creating visually stunning pastry decorations. This Italian-made kit is a tribute to both innovation and tradition, elevating pastry preparation to an art form.
Backed by a 3-month warranty, the Silikomart tart kit delivers performance, style, and durability in every detail.
