The Scotsman MC0330MAX-1 30″ Prodigy Elite Ice Machine is an air cooled ice production head that generates up to 365 Lbs. of medium cubes in a 24 hour period. engineered to sit atop 30″ wide storage bins, this modular unit provides a consistent supply of ice for carbonated beverages and cocktails in high-volume settings. The machine uses R290 refrigerant to meet modern environmental standards while maintaining efficient cooling cycles.
Staff can monitor the machine status from across the kitchen using the AutoAlert panel, which delivers a 16 segment display and an external bin-full indicator light.
