Description
The PM 1134ED is a PizzaMaster 1100 Series modular electric deck oven, 3 ceramic hearthstones wide with 4 stacked decks. Every chamber measures 63.2″ x 42.1″ (1,605 x 1,070 mm) inside, takes pizzas up to 21″ (535 mm), and heats from the top, bottom and front, so the stone recovers quickly between bakes. Standard decks bake up to 752°F (400°C); the optional XTREME Performance package reaches 932°F (500°C).
The stand, hood (neutral or extended), an underbuilt cabinet or proofer, an extra-high deck (9.6″ inside instead of 8.2″) and artisan high-temperature stones are chosen when the oven is ordered; ask us for the configuration you need.
