It holds 65 to 71°C, and the temperature of each of its 3 shelves plus the base is set separately under digital control, with warm-toned LED lighting on top and under each shelf. A pull-down night curtain closes it after hours, and it stands on 4 casters and 2 front legs in a black-brushed stainless steel finish.
