Each roller contains its own individual heating element, ensuring even temperature from end to end across all rollers. Continuous 360° roller rotation prevents residue buildup, promotes uniform cooking, and helps maintain a clean appearance throughout service. With seven infinite heat settings and two independent heat controls for the front and rear rollers, operators can easily fine-tune temperatures for cooking and holding a wide variety of products. Built for long-term commercial use, the unit includes rugged stainless steel and robust aluminum construction.
