Reverse-action shredding elements turn in a corrosion-resistant stainless steel grind chamber on a 1725 RPM induction motor with thermal overload protection. The package includes the mounting and bowl assembly, an electrical control, a syphon breaker, a solenoid valve and a flow control valve.
