Radiant heat holds the insulated stainless steel cabinet at serving temperature, electronic controls set it, and customers or staff see the stock through the gasket-sealed Lexan door hinged on the right. It stands on stationary adjustable legs and carries CUL, CE, UL and UL EPH approvals.
