Built for demanding foodservice environments, the LCH-SK-G2 Series utilizes FWE's proven R85/F15 heat system, combining radiant heat and low-volume convection to reduce product shrinkage while promoting natural browning. The integrated smoker system allows operators to add authentic smoke flavor without separate smoking equipment, while programmable controls automate cooking and holding for consistent results.

LCH-1826-7-7-SK-G2 is provided with a fixed slide assembly. Each slide is spaced at 3" and can accommodate up to (14) 18"x26" or (28) 14"x18" trays. Custom spacings are available at time of order. Also provides are 6 stainless steel shelves that are fully removable and adjustable to accommodate various trays and/or pans. Unit can be modified to accommodate uprights with adjustable tray slides at time of order.
