An FWE OTR series aluminum transport rack with 12 adjustable universal slides, for bakeries, commissaries, schools and healthcare kitchens moving and storing sheet pans, steam table pans and trays.
Built from high-tensile extruded aluminum, it is light but durable, takes 18" x 26" sheet pans, 12" x 20" steam table pans and oval trays, and rolls on 5" all-swivel casters. It is non-heated, open with no doors, and NSF listed.
Check before ordering
- It needs no power or plumbing.
- Plan 24.5" x 26" of floor and 64" of height, and a path wide enough to roll it between rooms.
- Count your pans: it takes 12 on the standard slides at 5" spacing, and the slides adjust.
