Floor Fryer

Floor fryers are full-size, free-standing fryers built for the volume of a quick-service restaurant, pub, fish and chip shop or busy institutional kitchen. They are sized by the oil capacity shown on the specification sheet, and are often installed side by side in batteries that share a filtration system. They run on natural gas, propane or electricity, depending on the model.
