It can dry cheese at raging temperatures and store cheese to enhance its flavor. It can also be dried cheese to keep longer in your restaurant, deli, or grocery store.
The cabinet features Climatouch technology for optimal temperature control and Fumotic technology to regulate humidity levels. With 7 polypropylene shelves, it has a spacious capacity for cheese. The glass doors allow easy viewing of the contents without opening the cabinet. Additionally, the sturdy 304-type stainless steel construction and 4 adjustable legs ensure stability on any surface.
