Installation Requirements:
- Placement: Install the oven with a clearance of 50 mm (2 inches) on all sides for proper ventilation.
- Electrical: For wire dimension specifications (mm²/AWG), refer to the oven’s manual or connecting terminal.
- Ventilation: Requires a minimum of 200 m³/h (115 CFM) per deck, with a Ø100 mm (3.95 in) connection for ventilation.
- Water Supply: The oven requires a water pressure between 1-6 bar (0.1-0.6 MPa) with a G ¾” / NH ¾” connection (for US/CAN).
