The Hestan Provisions Double Burner Griddle is a premium-grade stovetop griddle designed to span two burners (gas or induction) and deliver professional-level performance for home or serious cook settings. It’s crafted from triple-bonded (clad) stainless steel with a thick aluminum core to provide even heat distribution without hot spots.
