The Hanger is crafted from stainless steel and is extremely sturdy with a total load capacity of 176 lbs. It is best to insert the Double Hanger in the upper part of the DRYAGER, then hang larger pieces of meat on the hanger with S-Hooks (sold separately). This way, the meat hangs freely in the DRYAGER, allowing air to flow around it perfectly and ensuring an suitable maturing. Integrated grooves in the hanger allow the S-Hooks to engage perfectly and prevent slippage.
