The special shape of the shelf makes it possible to still place the SALTAIR SALT TRAY in the device. Meat or other food that can be stored on the Bottom Shelf does not touch the SALTAIR Salt Tray underneath and is therefore protected from any liquid that might be collected in the tray. In addition, the special design delivers that there is sufficient air circulation around the meat pieces on the shelf. Only one Bottom Shelf can be inserted per DRYAGER UX 750 PRO S.
