For Your DryAger UX 1500 PRO / PRO S & UX 1550 PRO S! With the Charcuterie & Flexibility Package for your DRYAGER, you are perfectly equipped for every application. The Package ships with 3 x Charcuterie Shelves and 3 x Half Shelves. The practical slide-in shelves for sausage, salami and ham are the suitable way to secure strings of sausage or to hang up pairs of sausage. With its ingenious 2-in-1 grid shape, this is the well-suited way to hang up strings of sausage as well as pairs of sausages. Depending on requirements, this slide-in shelf can be inserted in two ways, guaranteeing optimum storage conditions for your sausages, salamis and hams. A) ‘Attachment lugs’ pointing upwards: strings of sausage or sausage yarn can simply be hung over each lug. B) ‘Attachment lugs’ pointing downward: this is an effortless way to attach pairs of sausage in the ‘notch’. The Half Shelves take up only half the depth of the DRYAGER and can therefore still be pushed into the unit even if larger pieces of meat are hanging in the rear of the DRYAGER. This enables you to load the DRYAGER even more efficiently and makes perfect use of the available space. The shelves can be inserted at any possible position in the DRYAGER and can be loaded up to 55 lb per Shelf.
