The Vulcan VPT Series Pass Through Holding Cabinet is a long-lasting and efficient solution for keeping food at safe, ready-to-serve temperatures. Designed with a pass-through configuration, it allows access from both sides, enhancing workflow in busy commercial kitchens. The cabinet accommodates up to twenty-six 12″ x 20″ x 2.5″ pans or thirteen 18″ x 26″ sheet pans, with universal tray slides adjustable on 1.5-inch centers. Built for long-lasting performance, the cabinet includes a 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, full insulation with 1.5 inches in the side walls and 2 inches in the top, and an integrated stainless steel frame for structural strength. A blower motor ensures gentle, even heat distribution throughout the cabinet, while simple knob controls allow holding temperatures up to 190°F.
