The Vulcan VBP Series Heated Holding & Transport Cabinet is built to keep food hot, fresh, and ready for service in demanding commercial kitchens. Featuring an electronic control system with a digital display, the unit allows for precise holding temperatures up to 200°F. A built-in blower motor ensures even, gentle heat distribution throughout the cabinet, reducing hot spots and maintaining consistent food build quality. With universal tray slides adjustable on 1½” centers, the cabinet accommodates a variety of pan configurations—including up to seven 18″ x 26″ sheet pans, fourteen 12″ x 20″ pans, or a combination of both. The interior and exterior are built from long-lasting 20-gauge stainless steel, and the unit is fully insulated with 1½” thick side walls and a 2″ top for excellent heat retention.
