It includes a high pressure hydraulic group with a 1 hp motor that can be turned on or off automatically with a switch or convenient knee lever. The industrial-grade motor works to quickly and easily push the sausage meat through the spout and into the casing.
The machine is also fitted with wheels making it easy to move aside when not in use or while cleaning.
