Its easy-to-use design and simple operation make it the perfect slicer to have in a restaurant, café, or other commercial venue.

This consistent and efficient slicer is constructed out of a robust aluminum alloy material and is intended for medium volume operations. The 0.5 hp motor will let you slice meat and vegetables quickly for up to two hours per day. It can also handle some cheese slicing.

The 12-inch blade is hard chrome plated in order to extend its life and improve its resistance to wear and abrasions. The blade is also fitted with a sharpener to keep it in pristine condition with every use.

Smooth and Efficient Blade

The Trento 12-inch blade slicer delivers ball bearings that allow the carriage to glide smoothly while cutting, which helps to guarantee clean and evenly sliced food.

With the ability to select a cut thickness between 0 and 16 mm, you’ll be able to achieve expertly thin slices of prosciutto or thicker slices of pepperoni and everything in-between.

The meat slicer’s carriage comes configured with a guard for added safety and protection from the extremely sharp and fast-moving blade. All components are also built to disassemble easily for cleaning.
