The Vulcan Endurance 72″ liquid propane range is built for serious six 30,000 BTU/hr. open-top burners, a 36″ thermostatic griddle and two powerful convection ovens, this 72CC-6B36GTP model is a versatile powerhouse for chefs who need to multitask without compromising on build quality or speed. Each burner includes a lift-off head for easy cleaning and maintenance, while the industrial-grade cast grates support stock pots and large pans with ease. Front grates measure 12″ x 12.5″ and rear grates 12″ x 14.5″, providing extra surface area and efficiency thanks to integrated aeration bowls. The flash tube pilot system — with one pilot for every two burners — is shrouded for reliability and energy efficiency. Burner knobs are designed with high-temperature materials and remain cool to the touch, ensuring operator safety and comfort. This unit provides two convection 35,000 BTU/hr. ovens with porcelain oven bottom and door panel, measures 24″d x 26-3⁄8″w x 13-7/8″h. 115v – 1 phase blower motor 4 amp, 6′ cord and plug and includes three oven racks. Full size sheet pans only fit side-to-side in convection ovens. Oven thermostats adjust from 250°F to 500°F with a low setting. The robust oven doors feature integrated hinges and spring mechanisms that require no adjustment, providing smooth, reliable operation. The 36″ wide thermostatic griddle is suitable for searing delicate proteins like tuna or cooking breakfast favourites. The ¾” thick griddle plate includes a 4″ wide front grease trough, making cleanup fast and efficient. This unit also includes a deep pull-out crumb tray with welded corners, 6″ adjustable stainless steel legs, a 1″ rear gas connection, and a factory-supplied pressure regulator.
