The ¾” thick griddle plate includes a 4″ wide front grease trough, making cleanup fast and efficient. Built to last, this unit provides a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame and a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, lift-off high shelf, and 6″ adjustable stainless steel legs. The industrial-grade cast iron grates lift off easily for cleaning and feature integrated aeration bowls for improved efficiency and heat distribution. The grates measure 12″ x 12.5″ in front and 12″ x 14.5″ in back, accommodating large pots and pans with ease. The oven below delivers 35,000 BTU/hr. and includes a porcelain-coated bottom and door panel for durability and easy maintenance. Its baker’s depth cavity measures 27″D x 26-3⁄8″W x 14″H and accommodates full-size sheet pans side-to-side or front-to-back.
