A rack-activated micro switch instantly powers the heaters to 100% when product is placed on the rack, and the unit automatically idles at 25% heat when the master switch is on and no product is detected, saving energy without compromising readiness. Solid-state controls offer precision performance and reliability, while a fan-cooled electrical compartment delivers safe and consistent operation. The adjustable rack provides four positions for versatility in product placement and cooking results.
