Description
The Trento MU-GD4 154 Lbs. 4-Burner Natural Gas Convertible Vertical Doner Kebab Machine is a high-performance natural gas vertical broiler specifically engineered for the high-volume requirements of professional Mediterranean and Middle Eastern kitchens. With a significant 154 Lbs. (70 Kgs.) capacity, allowing operators to prepare large spits of gyros, shawarma, or doner kebabs. The unit operates at 38,000 BTU, utilizing 4 independent burners to generate the intense heat necessary for a crisp, charred exterior while maintaining a succulent interior.
Each of the 4 burners can be adjusted independently, allowing the chef to manage heat levels at different heights of the meat cone to account for taper and thickness. The motorized spit ensures constant, even rotation, which facilitates natural basting and uniform cooking. This unit is built with stainless steel body that resists the high-heat stresses and corrosive environment of a commercial cookline, providing a long-lasting solution for profitable meat service.
A large, integrated grease drawer at the base collects runoff and drippings, preventing mess on the countertop and making end-of-day sanitation fast. The adjustable spit assembly allows for easy movement of the meat closer to or further from the flame as the cone is carved down throughout the shift. Running on Natural Gas with a standard 115V connection for the motor, the Trento MU GD4 is a vital tool for any high-capacity shawarma or gyro station.
Unit can be converted for use with Liquid Propane with a conversion kit
