Each tank is stamped from a single piece of AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel, highly resistant to salt corrosion. Seamless construction eliminates weak points, while a ceramic-fiber insulation blanket reduces hot exterior surfaces and improves efficiency. This ensures a long service life with fewer maintenance concerns.
Performance & Versatility
Available in single-burner models, ideal for cooking fresh, dry, or partially cooked refrigerated pasta, and double-burner models, designed for frozen pasta with rapid recovery times. These units go beyond pasta — chefs also use them for rice, vegetables, potatoes, seafood, and more, making them indispensable in diverse kitchens.
Smart Heating & Better Results
Trento’s burner design directs heat toward the rear of the tank, creating a natural convection flow. This gently stirs the pasta without the need for manual tossing, while starches are carried to a skim drain, keeping the water clearer for longer cooking runs.
Flexibility & Control
A range of basket configurations allow multiple portion sizes, mixed pasta types, and staggered cooking batches. For precision and convenience, optional automatic basket lifters can lower and raise pasta on a timer — eliminating the risk of overcooking and freeing up staff during busy service.
