The Scotsman MC0330SAX-1 30″ Prodigy Elite Ice Machine is an air cooled ice production head that generates up to 365 Lbs. of small half-diced cubes in a 24 hour period. engineered to sit atop 30″ wide storage bins, this modular unit delivers a consistent supply of ice for carbonated beverages and cocktails in high-volume settings. The machine uses R290 refrigerant to meet modern environmental standards while maintaining efficient cooling cycles.
Staff can monitor the machine status from across the kitchen using the AutoAlert panel, which delivers a 16 segment display and an external bin-full indicator light. For advanced management, the integrated ICELINQ application connects via Bluetooth to provide real-time diagnostics and guided cleaning instructions. Internal sensors are engineered to regulate ice thickness and water levels, maximizing uptime by adapting to varying water conditions and usage patterns.
