The Blixer 20 delivers a 5 HP motor giving it the power to soften, purée, and liquify both raw and cooked meals to perfection. With two speeds of 1800 and 3600 RPM, it’s well-suited for hospitals, nursing homes, day cares or nurseries, and even restaurants that need a large capacity, powerful and dependable food processor.

It can prepare 15 to 65 7-oz portions and process up to 28 pounds of food per batch. The Blixer 30 includes a stainless steel control panel panel with buttons flush with the panel’s exterior. A 0-15 minute timer can be set for different processing times. Safety lights as well as a magnetic safety switch and motor brake protect your operators from injuries.

Excellent Processing Capabilities

This blender-mixer includes a bowl-base blade assembly that delivers food is evenly emulsified even with a small amount. The two stainless steel blades can be removed and adjusted to different heights depending on how much food is being processed.

The transparent polycarbonate lid makes it easy to see the contents of the bowl and monitor food while processing. The lid comes configured with a bowl scraper and lid wiper that prevents food from getting stuck to the sides, while giving you a clear view at all times. The Blixer 30’s lid is also watertight and provides an opening in the centre for adding wet or dry ingredients during processing.

Unique and robust Design

The Blixer 20 is completely comprised of stainless steel and includes three sturdy built-in legs. Retractable wheels make it easy to move this processor to different locations as well as to clean in and around the area where it’s placed.

The 20 quart stainless steel bowl includes two handles and can be easily removed from the stand for cleaning. Using the ergonomic lever on the side of the stand, the bowl can also be tilted horizontally allowing you to empty its contents without any fuss.
