- 500°C / 932°F High Temperature per Deck: The oven reaches a high temperature of 500°C (932°F) per deck, allowing for fast cooking and ensuring pizzas are baked quickly and evenly.
- Dual Halogen Lighting in Each Deck: Equipped with halogen lighting for enhanced visibility, the oven allows you to monitor your pizzas’ progress without opening the door, preserving heat and energy.

Installation Requirements:
- Placement: Ensure the oven is installed with a clearance of 50 mm (2 inches) on all sides to allow for proper ventilation and safety.
- Electrical: Please refer to the oven’s connecting terminal and/or manual for wire dimensions (mm²/AWG).
- Ventilation: Minimum ventilation of 200 m³/h (115 CFM) per deck/connection is required, with a connection diameter of Ø100 mm (3.95 inches).
- Water Supply: Water pressure requirements are between 1-6 bar (0.1-0.6 MPa), with a G ¾” / NH ¾” connection for US/CAN.
