The drawer is finished with a 1″ thick fiberglass insulation and built-in drawer gasket that retains heat inside for energy efficiency. The robust stainless steel construction is designed taking into consideration its frequent use in a busy kitchen environment. The drawer warmer is configured with a vent control feature ranging from ‘dry’ to ‘moist’ that allows to adjust the humidity levels in the warmer.
