The New Air NIF-41-DC is a 41″ ice cream dipping cabinet with a canopy, or sneeze guard. Its storage capacity is 8.4 cubic feet, and it fits 6 tubs of ice cream. On the top of the unit are sliding glass doors that allow for ease of use and viewing.
This New Air ice cream cabinet comes configured with anti-condensation and frosting technologies. The temperature is adjustable, and the refrigerant is R290. Ultimately, the NIF-41-DC is a great front of house merchandiser with the ability to store your products at an well-suited temperature.
