This highly energy efficient commercial dishwasher uses only 0.84 gallons of water per rack and has the capacity to clean up to 30 racks in an hour! Each cycle only takes 120 seconds to complete, so you’ll never find yourself behind on cleaning dishes, glasses, and other cookware.
The 383HT includes a 6kW booster heater that heats the water to high levels necessary to properly sanitize everything inside.
The solid state controls and digital display make it easy to set and monitor the dishwashing progress. This dishwasher includes built-in fill and drain monitoring functions that deliver the machine is filled to the appropriate level and then drained completely once the cycle is complete. This unit also delivers a highly convenient Auto Clean function that automatically washes the interior when it gets shut down.
Moyer Diebel’s 383HT comes configured with standard peristaltic liquid detergent and rinse aid pumps so you can begin using the dishwasher right away. One peg and one flat bottom dish rack measuring 20” x 20” are also both included.
