This IKON Range is a powerful gas range built for professional kitchens that require versatile cooking capabilities. With its dimensions of 59.9″ in width and 31.4″ in depth, this range provides ample space for various cooking tasks. It delivers six 30,000 BTU burners and a 24″ griddle, providing exceptional heat output and a convenient surface for grilling or cooking flat items. The griddle includes a 1″ griddle plate for even heat distribution and precise temperature control. Additionally, the range includes two static ovens with a three-position oven rack, allowing for flexible cooking arrangements. With four oven racks and a full pull-out crumb tray, this appliance provides convenient cooking and easy cleanup.
The IKON Gas ranges includes an individual standing pilot with static ovens. Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane. A Conversion kit is supplied with each unit.
