IKON COOKING – 36” Thermostat Griddle – ITG-36

This IKON Griddle is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial use. It has a width of 36 inches and a depth of 34.4 inches, making it suitable for medium to large-scale food preparation. It features an adjustable manual thermostatic control that allows you to set and regulate the cooking temperature according to your requirements. A front lit pilot light is included to indicate when the griddle is in operation. It is equipped with three U-shape burners, each providing 30,000 BTUs of heat. These burners distribute heat evenly across the 1-inch polished steel griddle plate, ensuring consistent cooking results. This griddle also has three gas control knobs for individual control of each burner. To enhance the safety and efficiency, the griddle has double wall insulated sides, which help retain heat and reduce external heat transfer. It is also equipped with welded back and side splash guards to prevent grease and food particles from splattering. A rear flue is included to ensure proper ventilation. For easy maintenance, the griddle has a removable 3-1/4 inch grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle. This helps collect and drain excess grease efficiently. Additionally, a 4-inch wide grease trough is present to channel grease away from the cooking surface. It is housed in a stainless steel cabinet, which provides durability and ease of cleaning. It is supported by stainless steel adjustable legs with non-skid feet, allowing you to level the griddle and ensure stability during use. In terms of heating power, it has a total output of 90,000 BTUs, delivering high-performance cooking capabilities. It is certified by CSA-Sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
