Description
The Garland MCO-GS-20-M provides a massive 120,000 BTU total output across 2 separate cooking cavities, allowing to maximize vertical space without sacrificing performance. Each oven includes the EasyTouch 4.3″ controller, which uses an intuitive Press and Go interface to simplify complex cooking cycles. With a temperature range spanning 65°C to 260°C (150°F to 500°F) and a specialized Cook’n’Hold function.
Durability is central to the design, featuring a stainless steel that withstand the rigors of a busy line. The 60/40 dependent door system includes a double-pane thermal window and a patented Safety Door System, ensuring heat remains trapped inside while providing a clear view of the 24″ high interior. Each cavity is lined with porcelain enamel and uses coved corners.
The fan motors offer 2 speeds plus a pulse setting to prevent delicate items from shifting during the bake.
