Description
Using the Eurodib SFE01820 countertop electric fryer, restaurants can produce small volumes of fried items, and the compact design accommodates half a gallon of oil. With a switch, the unit can be turned on and off.
The tubular element of the Eurodib SFE01820 countertop fryer is fully immersed in the oil—it can be removed and cleaned. With the thermostatic controls, the fryer can be set to a temperature between 105 and 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Mounted on nonslip feet, the fryer won’t slip around on the countertop during use.
