Description
The Celcook CCM1200 commercial microwave oven will be fitted with 10 touchpad programmable control panel with the ability to program 100 menu items. An oven will have a maximum cooking time of 60 minutes with 11 power levels, 3 stage cooking and a time entry option.
Output wattage shall be 1200 watts with top and bottom rotating antenna feed distribution for a uniform heating pattern. The oven will have stainless steel exterior and an interior cavity with the 17 liters (0.6 cu ft) cavity able to accommodate a 305mm (12”) plate.
Ovens will be stackable and include a safety bracket. Removable front filter to protect and cool oven components will have a “clean filter” reminder feature. This ISM apparatus meets all requirements of the Canadian Interference-Causing Equipment Regulations. This ISM device complies with Canadian ICES-001.
