The Browne Thermalloy line is designed with increased thickness to allow for heat to be evenly distributed across the cooking surface. As a result, this increases the cooking efficiency of the heating element to promote less energy use while allowing for foods and liquids to be cooked evenly throughout.
The cover is crafted from stainless steel and built to fit Browne’s 3.5-quart and 4.5-quart saucepans, making it suitable for industrial-grade usage in restaurant and commercial applications.
The cover ships with a large, hollow handle riveted to the top for heavy, repetitive use.
