No heat shield is required when proper clearances are maintained according to the owner’s manual. Inside, the corrosion-resistant aluminum liner delivers long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. Four self-closing drawers accommodate 6-inch deep full-size food service pans (not included), with a total capacity of ten full-size pans.
