The Beverage-Air SPED72HC-10C-2 72-inch Sandwich Prep Table is built for versatility, durability, and efficient cold holding in busy commercial kitchens. With a 20.02 cu. ft. net capacity, rear-mounted compressor, two drawers, and two solid doors, this unit delivers flexible refrigerated storage combined with a convenient prep surface for streamlined food preparation. The cabinet includes stainless steel construction on the front, sides, top, doors, drawers, and grille, with a galvanized back and bottom for added durability. Inside, the corrosion-resistant aluminum liner ensures sanitation and long-term performance. The prep top includes removable stainless steel hoods and holds ten 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans, keeping ingredients organized and easily accessible. Enhanced airflow technology maintains product temperatures between 36°F and 38°F, ensuring that items in open containers remain below 41°F while staying above freezing. The self-closing doors are fitted with cartridge-style hinges and a 120° stay-open feature for convenient access. The doors are easy to remove for cleaning and service and are field-reversible (hinge kit not included) to suit various kitchen layouts. Snap-in magnetic gaskets provide a positive seal on both the doors and drawers to preserve temperature integrity. Painted aluminum handles offer durability and comfort during frequent use. Inside the cabinet, four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves provide additional storage flexibility.
